The Zoo In January

We met some friends at the zoo on Saturday.  The high was officially 68 but it was much warmer than that in the sun.  It was a beautiful day to be outside and it was hard to believe that it was really January.  We had a great day.  Here are some of the animals we saw.

                                  I loved the baby chimpanzee.

                             
      It was also feeding time for the chimpanzees. This guy made sure he got a lot to eat.

The flamingos always make quite an impression on Emily because of their stinky fish smell.

Both girls did great and had a lot of fun.
