Afternoon Tea With My Girl

Emily loves to have tea parties with her dolls and stuffed animals.  She has poured many a cup of tea for me and Jeff so I decided it was time to take her to have tea for real.  This afternoon we headed off to a local tea room to have a ladies afternoon tea.  Emily was so excited.  We ordered tea and dessert.  I ordered monks brew tea which was amazing.  Emily ordered the berry berry tea which is a special tea they have for children.  

Emily loved the cookies and she loved using the tongs to put ice in her tea, but she decided to switch to pink lemonade.

Emily loves pink lemonade.  She would take a few sips and then pour herself more.  She loved pouring the lemonade from the tea pot.  Her cat "Cattie" came with us.  As soon as Emily was finished with her tea she decided to share with Cattie.

She thought it was hilarious that my tea pot had a "snow hat" as she called it.

We had a wonderful time and we hope to do it again soon!  I loved having tea with my little lady!!!
